Soft, melt-in-your-mouth coconut cream balls are bite-sized tropical bliss. These no-bake treats are perfect for after-school snacks, parties, or sneaky indulgences—chewy, creamy, and all-round delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups Coconut Cream

  • 1 cup Coconut shredded

  • 220 g White Chocolate chopped

  • 1 tbsp Butter

Directions

  • In a medium saucepan, heat coconut cream and 3/4 cup of the coconut to a simmer.
  • Remove from heat and stir in chocolate then let sit for about 5 minutes.
  • Add butter and stir to combine.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  • Roll the mixture into balls and coat with the remaining coconut.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least two to three hours before serving.

Notes

  • Coconut Cream Balls can be easily frozen.  Make and layer balls between sheets of baking paper and seal in an air-tight container for up to three weeks.
  • Store in the fridge covered in plastic wrap for up to a week.
  • Place up to six balls in a small box lined with pretty paper for an amazing gift of food for Christmas.
