Coconut Impossible Pie is incredibly easy to make with the help of my new kitchen BFF, the new Kenwood MultiOne. You literally just throw in all the ingredients and it magically forms three delicious layers. A base, a creamy custard filling and a delicious crust on top. So easy, even the kids could have a go!
Don’t you worry about the mess, the splash guard saves you from all that hassle. Love it!
