Condensed Milk Peanut Butter Cookies | Stay At Home Mum

If you’re a fan of both condensed milk and peanut butter, then you’ll love these Condensed Milk Peanut Butter Cookies. The cookies are chewy and moist, with a soft texture that melts in your mouth. They’re also packed with flavour, thanks to the addition of peanut butter.

And best of all, they’re incredibly easy to make. In just minutes, you’ll have a batch of delicious cookies to enjoy. Just be warned: they’re addictive. One bite and you won’t be able to stop!

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.

  2. Lightly grease a baking tray or two.

  3. Cream the butter and sugar.

  4. Beat in the condensed milk and peanut butter until smooth.

  5. Fold in the flour and salt until combined to form a peanut butter cookie dough.

  6. Roll balls of dough onto prepared baking trays then flatten each with your hand.

  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes until light golden brown. Allow the cookies to cool on their baking trays.
