Chocolate crackles are all the rage for kids birthday parties, but what about adapting the recipe to suit Christmas? Bring in these delicious and easy to make treats – so easy the kids could make them!

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.

  2. Melt the copha slowly over a low heat, cool slightly and pour onto dry ingredients.

  3. Mix well and fold through the chopped glacé cherries and spoon into paper cups.

  4. Refrigerate until set

  5. White Christmas Crackles are not suitable to freeze.

  6. They should be kept in an air tight container for up to five days.
