This recipe serves 6 people – it’s perfect with afternoon tea and will keep your guests happy. I like to sprinkle this one with cinnamon sugar on top or when I’m in the mood for something less sweet, then I sprinkle it with just cinnamon.

This slice has a zingy, tangy filling made with sour cream, apples, and lemon juice. The top is covered with a deliciously sweet streusel topping. It’s perfect for breakfast, brunch, or an afternoon snack. And best of all, it’s super easy to make. So what are you waiting for? Give this recipe a try! Let us know how this recipe went for you.

PS. I have tried this with pears instead of apples and it’s also super tasty!
