Fluffy Duck is my all-time favourite cocktail. Just sitting here looking at the ingredients I am thinking “Is it too early to have one?” Somewhere in the world it is after 5 pm!

  1. Put ice into the bottom of a cocktail glass.

  2. On to this ice pour your spirits, plus the cream and orange juice.

  3. Top with lemonade, which fizzes everything up and gives this cocktail its name: the fluffy duck!
