Goji Berry Balls

These little balls are the perfect treat when you have over-indulged on Christmas lunch….or the perfect morning tea before the big lunch.

They are slightly chewy and not too sweet. Eat a little or eat a lot! You can roll them in cocoa at the end, or blitzed goji berries for some colour or just leave them as they are and enjoy.

Goji Berry Balls

Method

  1. Blitz and Roll the mixture into balls of a desired size

  2. Place in the freezer in an air-tight container
