  • 1 Large Orange Zest And Juice (more Juice If Mixture Is Too Dry)
  • 1/2 cups Desiccated Coconut
  • 1 1/2 tsp Mixed Spice
  • 1/4 tsp Cloves Ground
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup

Method

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and blitz them until it is a sticky consistency.

  2. Roll the ingredients into balls and place them in the fridge to set.
