Ingredients

  • 1.25 cups Almond milk

  • .75 cup Coconut milk

  • .75 tsp Turmeric powder-increase as you grow more adjusted to the taste

  • .5 tsp Cinnamon

  • .5 tsp Ground ginger

  • 3 tbsp Honey-more or less to taste

  • .75 tbsp Vanilla extract

  • .25 tsp Ground Cardamom

Directions

  • In a saucepan over a medium/high heat whisk together the milks, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom.
  • Heat to high, bringing mixture to boil while whisking regularly to ensure it doesn’t burn.
  • Once it has reached a boil, lower the heat and keep it simmering for 3-5 minutes. Then remove the pan from the heat and stir in the honey and the vanilla extract.
  • To create an iced golden milk latte, cool the mixture completely in the fridge and serve over ice. The mix will keep for about 5-6 days.
