Iced Golden Milk Latte | Stay At Home Mum

  1. In a saucepan over a medium/high heat whisk together the milks, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom.

  2. Heat to high, bringing mixture to boil while whisking regularly to ensure it doesn't burn.

  3. Once it has reached a boil, lower the heat and keep it simmering for 3-5 minutes. Then remove the pan from the heat and stir in the honey and the vanilla extract.

  4. To create an iced golden milk latte, cool the mixture completely in the fridge and serve over ice. The mix will keep for about 5-6 days.
