How to Make a Keto Avocado Smoothie
Our Keto Avocado Smoothie is delicious, rich, smooth and good if you are following a Keto diet!
Keto or ‘Ketogenic’ diets are high in fat, but very low in carbs. When the body gets a majority of its energy from fat, the body learns how to burn fat faster and more efficiently.
Because avocados are full of good fat, and plus when blended they make a silky and rich consistency, they are the perfect ingredient for a Keto Smoothie.
Of course there are now loads of excellent quality pre-made Keto Weight Loss Shakes to try – but they can get rather expensive – so this is a way to enjoy all the benefits of a Keto Smoothie at home, without the big expense.

How to Make a Keto Avocado Smoothie:
- Pop all the ingredients into a blender with ice, and blitz until smooth.
- If you find it’s a little thick add a dash more milk
- Garnish with fresh strawberries and mint leaves for colour.
- Serve right away
