Microwave Chocolate Fudge

With only three simple ingredients and a few minutes in the microwave, you can make this microwave chocolate fudge when you get hit with a craving for something sweet and decadent.

This is a really fudgy, sticky fudge – the best way to enjoy it!

Method

  1. Prepare a square dish about 20x20cm in size by lining it with baking paper.

  2. Chop up the dark chocolate and place it into a microwave safe bowl. Pour the condensed milk over the top.

  3. Microwave the bowl on high, stopping regularly to stir, until the chocolate becomes soft.

  4. Remove from microwave and stir the mixture well, allowing the chocolate to melt and the mix to become smooth.

  5. Stir through the vanilla and then pour into your prepared dish.

  6. Pop in the fridge for at least 2 hours until firm, before cutting into squares.
