- 2 Corn Cobs, Cut Corn Off Or 1 Can Drained
- 1 Tomato, Diced
- 1 Cucumber, Diced
- 1 Avocado, Diced
- 1 Lime, Juiced
- 1/4 cup Coriander, Chopped
