Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Quinoa Boiled In 2/3 Cup Water And Left To Cool Completely (visit How To Cook Quinoa for tips)
  • 18 Whole Dates pitted
  • 1/2 cup Almonds raw
  • 1/3 cup Peanut Butter crunchy
  • 1/4 cup Raisins

Method

  1. Pulse the dates and almonds in a food processor until finely chopped.
  2. Add the quinoa mixture and peanut butter and pulse until the ingredients are combined.
  3. Gently stir in the raisins. Roll the mixture into 12 balls and chill in fridge for up to an hour.
