Slow Cooker Bread and Butter Pudding is always a crowd pleaser – loved by young and old.

  1. Place bread slices in slowcooker.

  2. In a bowl place the milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla essence and beat until smooth.

  3. Pour over bread.

  4. Sprinkle over the sultantas and nutmeg.

  5. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.

  6. Serve warm or chilled with cream and or icecream. The ultimate in comfort food!
