Method

  1. Place first group of ingredients together in a bowl and stir well.

  2. Add liquid ingredients, stir well and pour into the slow cooker

  3. In a glass jug or bowl, mix together the Chocolate Fudge Sauce Ingredients and carefully pour over the ingredients in the slow cooker.

  4. DO NOT STIR.

  5.  Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or until a metal skewer inserted comes out clean.

Recipe Hints and Tips:

  • Slow Cooker Chocolate Fudge Pudding is not suitable for freezing and best served immediately. You can store in an air tight container in fridge for up to 3 days and reheat in the microwave on medium.
  • This pudding is gooey and fudgy and self-saucing. Beautiful served with cream, custard or ice-cream!!
  • This pudding makes enough for about 3 generous serves. If you double the recipe, cook for 3 hours
