- 1/2 tsp Chili Flakes
- 1/2 tsp Sweet Paprika

Method
- Mix the polenta, flour, salt and baking powder in a medium bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Cook in a frying pan with a little oil, for about 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly browned.
