Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 250 grams Shallots chopped
  • 1 cup Cheese (grated)
  • 1 Spinach bunch or frozen
  • 1 Cob Loaf
  • 1 Packet Of Spring Vegetable Soup (30 Gram)

Method

  1. Cook spinach then leave to cool slightly.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Cut top off cob loaf and scoop out the middle.
  4. Break the bread that has been scooped out into bite size pieces.
  5. Put spinach mix into middle of cob loaf and serve.
