I’m gutted. I have enjoyed having my kids home so much.
Tempted to keep them home just one more week with a cough hehe.

You don't have to send them back. You could always continue remote learning for the moment.

I'm gutted. DS is in Year 2 and won't go back until May 25 (QLD). I have enjoyed having him home, but he's a difficult learner & is literally bouncing off the walls with boredom!

Learning hasn’t been too good here haha but we live on a large block that backs onto bush land with neighbours either side who’ve got kids same ages. So our kids have been fine , actually considerably hapoier, which has helped tremendously.

I don’t mean this in a horrible way, but don’t be selfish. After all this time your kids probably needs some friends. Let them go. 😊

I will, Its just caught me by surprise
My youngest is excited my eldest could happily never go back to school. She’s got great friends at school but would give them up if it meant no school haha
