This is so true. I found it out with my ex. He told me how his ex was crazy and couldn’t let go of their relationship then once he ended it with me he would send me mixed messages of wanting to be with me and then not. I’ve never had anyone before him with a “crazy ex”, my partner before him was very civil with his children’s mother despite what happened between them and was good friends with another ex who it just didn’t work out with. Other men I had dated mostly talked highly of their exs too if the conversation arouse. Now when I hear a man say his ex was crazy I run for the hills.

My partner calls his ex crazy. She really is crazy, she has hit him, thrown furniture at him, she tried to smash his car up when she saw it at the shop, she has parked out the front of our house trying to get him to fight her on the front lawn, at their sons birthday recently she made it all about herself and ended up screaming and pushing him around in front of everyone. Every time she sees him in public she makes a scene. She really is crazy.
