Do you speak up when you have lazy customer service?

Answered 5 years ago

Curious, I was just at coles and the deli lady first prepared me half a bbq chicken in box which was completely open, save for the sticker, then I asked for 200 grams of deli ham and she gave me 296g. Of course I had a suspicion as she used the machine out of view and just pawned it to me rather than ask if that was ok like usual. It was busy, but i took it and looked at it after she had moved onto the next customer. Would you have said something? Got to checkout and chicken leaked everywhere, which the checkout lady apologied for. I’m so weak, this was clearly bad service..I’m curious if other would speak up even if they feel self conscious in such settings?

Take back my ham bitch or I'll get the manager so he can give a written warning for giving me too much ham. I'm going to get you fired over too much ham! I'm on a power trip arrrgg... Get a life.

If I have a problem I usually send a private Facebook msg outlining where, when and what.
