What are the steps to signing away parental rights?

I dont want to but its probably going to be the only thing left to do so the bullshit stops

2yrs of not seeing my child due to the biological father filling childs head with lies and doing everything they can to stop contact-
The courts are useless

I just want it all to stop-

People complain that the poor dads dont get a fair run in the system

What about the mothers who do everything right but still end up loosing everything
