Sounds weird, but toothpaste dries it up faster. The nice thick white toothpaste. Use an earbud to place it in.

Don’t do this! Putting toothpaste up your nose is a terrible idea. It could make your pimple worse. It might be ok on your skin, not on the delicate membranes inside your nose

You can’t. I’ve had those pimples, they are the worst! Good you won’t pop it. It will be gone in a few days.
