Don't do any exercise for exercises sake because I loathe it, find it SO DULL that I can't stand it. We only have one car so I walk or bus around a fair bit during the week, and get some mild exercise doing gardening and housework. That's it.

I surf Saturday day with hubby and kids
I go for a walk while kids do nippers
I go for a ride while my girls do ballet
And I surf 3 mornings a week at 5
And I do whichever I feel like on Fridays when I finish work at 12 so I have 3 hours before school finished

When they were younger it was harder
My youngest started prep this year so it’s been so much easier to do something almost every day.
When they were younger (there 1 year between them) I did nothing for 3 years.
Then it was surfing once a week with a mum group then as my youngest got old it just kept increasing, i breastfed both of them so it was hard m to do a lot for myself plu no energy.
I was 100% gave everything time/energy/emotions to my kids and husband in that season, everyone always said I should take time for myself but here I am 7 years later and I don’t regret “losing myself” in that season. I knew it wouldn’t last, now this whole year there’s been so much time to myself.

How do you find the time and/or energy to do 2 sessions a day every week day?! Wow; that’s impressive

I do one at 530am, I literally just get out of bed and go and I'm home at 630am before the kids wake up to get everything ready for them then I go directly after work in the afternoon before doing anything else like its a part of my work day. I can skip the afternoon sessions some times but if I don't do the morning ones I don't feel right, it just becomes a habit.

Same as you I went from nothing to gradually building up to exercising everyday and sometimes 2-3 sessions. I work full time so when I’m not working, I’m working out. It has changed my life.

Gym before work, Pilates and Zumba, extend barre after work and three sessions on sat/ sun and soccer. My kids are older, my teenage daughter comes with me to the weekend and evening sessions. I feel like I have extra energy to burn off. I also have time to watch their sport do laundry. I don’t watch tv at all and only go out to dinner every now and then. I don’t drink and socialize through exercise. Sometimes the ladies in my soccer team will organize to go out.
