I need help with this
A client needs to speak to their health worker now and she’s having lunch.
Client is agitated and wants quick response from the worker
Need to mention the main points and who you would pass the details to ?

Some clients think the world revolves around them. It’s ok for you and the worker to have boundaries. Take a message and let them know what time they can expect a call back

If someone is unavailable the client will have to wait. Give them the option of staying on hold or leaving a message. If the keep calling just keep putting them on hold.
