Hope he apologises to u tomorrow and maybe can get to talking about what's really bothering him. If not go do something nice with your girls tomorrow like the movies and leave him at home

Leave him. Seriously life is too short to spend it walking on egg shells, dealing with someone who cant committ , cheats, treats you bad or has anger issues that goes to everyone reading this man or woman. If you are not happy and things wont change leave. Your kids wil l be okay, it takes time to adjust but its better to be mentally, physically and emotionally happy than stuck with a man who isnt tjere and when he is does mental and emotional damage.

You can love someone but that doesnt mean you have to put up with being treated bad.

All I can say is that if you can't leave then always respond with the thought of what your children will learn from the situation. If he says something insulting you could say how that makes you feel and that it was unnecessary. Even if they hear his shit they will realize you are standing up for yourself and making it known that it isn't acceptable. xx

You and your kids deserve better. Start making a plan to leave. It will be hard, but so worth it in the end XXX
