I’m not in our kids’ rooms every night anymore (all three are teenagers now and lock their doors for obvious reasons), but I know from both circumstantial evidence and conversation that they’re all regular nude sleepers, as are hubs and me. It’s just so liberating, sensual, and natural.

I am a single mother of teenage daughter (16) and a teenage son (14), I wear nightgowns to bed, my daughter wears a top and panties and my son sleeps in the nude.

I'm in the same boat. Except I'm single father. Daughters and son 16 15 10 all sleep nude don't see any issues

For those whose teenagers sleep nude, how do you know? Are they so open about it that they’ve told you, or do you just put together the clues? I slept naked a lot as a teenager but it’s not something I would have ever felt the need or desire to tell anybody, let alone my parents.

Enough mornings going in to wake my DS up after he sleeps through the alarm is how I know. A topless upper body with a pair of removed underwear on the floor all the time kind of makes it obvious. No words or embarrassing moments necessary.

I sleep in a t-shirt and panties or a nightgown. DH sleeps in boxers and sometimes a t-shirts. DD (10) sleeps in pj's and DS (13) and DD (15) both sleep in the nude.

We sleep naked. 13yo DS sleeps in just a pair of underwear. 17yo DD sleeps with her door closed, so I’m not sure what, if anything, she wears to bed.
