I live in a cul de sac and it's quite nice. Most of us get along, and even though I don't like our immediate next door neighbours, we're polite and civil to each other.

Old people are set in there ways
Loud cause they are deaf
Rude and demand respect and don’t give back
They think younger people are pushovers
One rule for them and another rule for others
