It was reported the sister and Julie had an argument and sister is unable to recollect argument. Apparently Julie and sister were to talk later, after sister visited Julie at Fremantle Markets. Sister does not recollect argument however it was serious enough as Julie moved out of apartment sharing with sister. Julie's purse was at her flat also. I was wondering if Julie's sister was looked into as a potential suspect?
