Being taken to court over moving away with kids.

Asked 12 months ago

I did something a bit stupid. After finishing studying I moved a few hours away from
My kid’s father. There was no possibility of using my qualification where he lives. He didn’t give permission and I think is taking me to court to move us back. He won’t have the kids stay at his house due to partner, his idea of access is to randomly just come over, which he can’t do anymore. I can’t move back to where the kid’s father is. I wouldn’t get another rental and my job is where I am now. If I am taken to court over access can I give him the option of having the kids live with him, as I won’t move back? Can he refuse to take the kids and force me to move back? I have no idea how it works.
