If OP means legitimate 'healthy' food, I get you. Most of the claims, especially sugar free recipes, are lies as they replace it with even worse 'natural' products, or main meals are full of carbs or fatty ingredients being sold as healthy.
Personally, I alter existing recipes. I use quality Stevia or fruit purees instead of sugar, quinoa or sweet potato mash instead of rice or pasta, lean meats, evaporated milk + natural coconut flavour instead of coconut cream etc. You can google substitutes for unhealthy ingredients. It's far easier than trying to find truly healthy recipes (affordable ones, anyway).

Assuming you mean good tasting and not the healthy kind of good: I know, fuck me right! I'm sick of finding a new recipe, and it's a fucking dud. Like bitch, you lied! 97 🌟🌟🌟🌟 reviews my arse. Fuck you recipe arseholes. I made a loaf of bread the other day, and the bitch was like "it's so light and fluffy it's our favourite recipe" and it was dense as shit. I followed every single instruction to a goddamned tee. I even egg washed the top so it would be pretty and golden brown.
I tried it again but with a slight alteration and it tasted like feet. Wtf.
I short, I have nothing constructive to add at this point.
What are you trying to make?
