Nauseated after orgasm??

So I have this issue where after I orgasm from sex or masturbating, I feel nauseated and have to drink cold water. It's embarrassing and very annoying. I've tried looking it up and asking friends but can find no answers on this issue. I feel fine after sex if I haven't orgasmed though.

I find this can happen if I'm hungry/have an empty stomach when I orgasm. Drinking or eating something after makes me feel better.

Yeah, that's the same thing with me. I'll try eating beforehand and see if that helps.

I used to have this only when I was pregnant though but I feel for you! So my partner is a Dr and I asked him. He thinks it can be similar to a stitch but instead of being your liver etc the intensity/sensations etc could be upsetting your stomach.
