You don’t store poo in your rectum portion. There is always microscopic bits of poo, which is why you shouldn’t go from anal to normal sex. Some people do enemas before anal but I find that not necessary.

This is the best answer!!! Never go from a to v unless you use a condom for anal and it gets taken off or changed in between.

Just make sure you have done a poo that day and there isn’t any on the cusp of coming out. You can do an enema but you don’t really need to.
