So I’ve been having abdomin pain and back pain I did have inflamed pancreas then the scans showed it went fine . I did blood test , mri , ct scan and X-ray , and a endoscope and cant find the reason . Then I got out of hospital it started to sting when I pee and discomfort when sit . The. I had pain in chest and. Back and down arm and went to hosptial and it wasn’t a heart attack . I’ve been having a dry mouth even after heaps of water , tired all the time and breathless and pain in chest . Has anyone had this before or know what it could me 😭
