Which dating sites do you recommend I would prefer they were free, the one I am currently on is Oasis Active but it is closing for good in October

Oh I've been on them and they are all revolting LOL I paid heaps for eharmony only to find the same deadshits on RSVP, Tinder, everywhere. Sadly I can't find one that doesn't have the same old same old ...

I dont think there are any free ones left. RSVP and Match are OK.
RSVP seems to have better quality men than Match.
There is a rating of them, but I am sure it is produced by the sites themselves !
So I wouldn't give those ratings any consideration.
You do get what you pay for, generally. A basic membership does not give you much.
Both Match and RSVP let you browse listings for free, but to contact people you have to pay.
It is worth getting a six month membership, because it does take time to find someone.
Just my experience.
