I saw this post about 5yearolds or 8 year olds saying the wisest things and wonder if all parents have similar experiences of kids knocking sense into them

My daughter was 5 when she came and found me crying in my hiding spot. She wrapped her little arms around me and said “it will all be ok mummy, tomorrow is a new day and we can make it a better day than today is”. Truth is I was crying as I was planning a suicide thinking I had no way out. I went to the doctor the next day and got all the help I needed.
