Replacing a meal or two with a shake isn't going to teach you how to eat properly. You need to work on eliminating the shit you eat and substitute it for healthier options and eat proper portions of food or your just going to pile it back on once you stop. Start exercising and learn good habits. Shakes are a lazy way out that don't really work.

Yes they work? They teach you control. Maybe it just didn’t work for you. I’m speaking on my experience.

I've lost 16kg without 1 shake. I think I know what I'm talking about. Go and see a dietician and learn to eat properly

Shakes are commonly used for quick and effective weight loss. Optifast is one of the most popular weight loss shakes which is often taken months prior to getting gastric sleeve surgery.
So many diets work, not one diet is the best diet! You have Keto, intermittent fasting, vegan, Omad, military diet ect. And yes Shakes WORK!- due to the fact they are such low calorie and filling which is why they make a great meal replacement. “I think I know what I’m talking about”😂

A friend of my partners is a coach so we went through her, but you can go online and get it at herbalife. com. au and find one in your area. There are support pages on Facebook and everything and the whole community is so great and a really great booster to help keep you on track

100% optifast.
Optifast is usually what doctors will reccomand to you. They have different levels depending on how much weight you want/need to lose and also heaps of flavours. I highly reccomand this.
