Nothing! So sick of everyone having to be recognised for very bloody thing! Be a nice person and get on with living your best life! It doesn't matter what colour you are, what sex you are (or what you identify as), if you're Gay, straight, trans, bi etc. It's all so bloody tiring!

For successful business women, I'm sure it means everything. That they were able to build something and be successful despite having a vagina.
But I dont know if heaps have changed. Sure we can vote, wear pants (in some places. Other places still view women as pieces of shit and to do as they wish) and be a CEO. But for some women, trying to find a job after choosing to raise a family is hard. For the fact they are mothers and looked upon as not being reliable or useless. For some reason, raising another human being isn't seen as an accomplishment. Im all for women being empowered, but do it all the time. Be a good person. Live your life.

It's a day of recognition - to remember & remind us how we have, and still need to, work to achieve respect & equality.

As for celebrating the day - not really. Like every 'day' the corporate world has taken it over to make themselves look good while still discriminating against women.

Nothing at all. The world doesn’t change because one day of the year is called something.

Respect
In some countries a cow is respected more than a woman.
