Yeah mine always do. I dream every night, which is quite annoying.
Sometimes I get my dreams and reality mixed up. Just with really mundane stuff. For example I thought I brought more sticky tape, but it was a dream. Or saw someone at the shops, but it was just a dream.

Would you believe, since I cut sugar and processed food out of my diet, I’ve almost entirely stopped dreaming & nightmares!
I had no idea there was a remote connection until AFTER I had been dieting for a month and I got asked about it by a nutritionist

That is a really good point. I do eat way too much sugar. I'm hoping to change this but.

It’s crazy. The first time in my life I don’t dream (remember or bothered by them)
Give it a try! But give up sugar and all processed food. Just go back to whole foods.

A lot of them were so real. Unfortunately the ones were I were at funerals of loved ones were the worst. Even when I think back it’s a sick sad feeling of actually losing the person. Totally horrible. I just try not to remember or think back to them but it’s really hard not to

Some do - I had a dream last night where my 11 yo son went missing and I was trying to call the police and couldn’t get through to them. I woke up halfway through the night sobbing and in a state of panic and had to go and check that my son was in his bed. The fear and heartbreak in my dream was so real!

Some...usually the ones that cut too close to home.... I've had 2 in particular that I still remember & they were 20 years ago. One was about a person who passed away & the other was about someone who isn't in my life anymore & the emotions were sooo strong I woke up with tears streaming down my cheeks. Ultimately they were both about saying goodbye because I didn't get that in real life. I believe dreams sometimes are about working out important things that you can't or don't have time to during daylight hours. Your body & mind are trying to heal themselves.
