Can yo still take the kids out for a walk early in the morning?

Answered 4 years ago

We usually ride our bikes around the neighbourhood - a 30min-45min run, just for a bit of sun and exercise. There is practically no one out and we don't touch anything but the bike handles. Does that go against social distancing?

We took the kids for a bike ride around our block today, after being indoors/ backyard all week. They loved it, they are really starting to feel cooped up

I think I’ll take my children out for a walk too. They are so bored...

I’m so glad I’m not the only one questioning this. My kids are hating being stuck at home and have asked for a walk around the block. I was about to ask the same question when I saw yours. Looks like we are going for a walk this afternoon.

I go for a run every morning and every afternoon. Totally fine I don’t go to the beach or park just around the neighborhood and don’t touch anyone.

yep, totally fine to exercise outdoors, as long as you’re not meeting up with people outside of your household.

It's fine. Just don't go near anyone else, only go with members of your household & obviously don't go if you're sick.

Even in full lockdown you're allowed an hour exercise.
