I lost 25 kg over a six month period by keeping strictly to the program - I also walked 5 km 2-3 times per week with aim of making this 5 days once I resumed full eating of regular healthy food. No regrets - this kicked started me back into swimming which resulted in further weight loss on usual food and good muscle tone. Weight stayed off for 8 yrs until I had an accident and gave up all excercise and ate crap junk food

I went on the rapid program and lost 2 kilos in a matter of weeks but then stabilised. I was told by the chemist you could only be on it for 6weeks!!! This is not enough time to lose 10 Kilos .

My uncle did. He lost a whopping 80kilos but he put 60 kilos back on in 2 years sadly but thats because he didn't change his lifestyle so Tony Ferguson didn't do anything wrong. I bought direct from the website bulk nutrients. It's an Australian company that sells body building stuff. It's heaps cheap too compared to all the others. I had the whey protein isolate in strawberry, chocolate, banana and coffee but strawberry was my favorite. Swapped out 2 meals for it and had 1 normal dinner plus using the home gym, 51 kilos gone. I didn't put any back on either. The husband lost 45 kilos but he ate snacks because he works a really physical job.
I couldn't stomach the others. Too much sweetener and not enough flavor. I'd hold my nose. I was super skeptical when husband bought the bulk nutrients because I thought he was wasting our money on another shake at for 2 days but I tried some and loved it. He adds fresh raspberries to his and whizzes it up with the hand blender. We grow raspberries but they are not in season now. So we'd sometimes buy frozen, lots of flavor but lower kilojoules than other fruits. We've stopped shakes for 3 months and haven't gained any.

I tried it some years ago and reintroducing the carbs and extra calories caused some weight gain. It also caused a whole lot of ibs problems for me too. Wouldve been better to not have tried it. Now after having 3 children, just eating less and the right foods has seen me get back to lighter than before. Good luck with it

You can certainly use it as a kick start, but it's not to be used as a fulltime diet.
I didn't really loose much with it, but they're the best tasting meal replacements I have had. Comparing to; Rapid Loss, Slim Right and Aldi Shakes. It made my skin feel amazing and got rid of my cellulite.
But you definitely have to lower your meal portions and eat healthy to maintain the weight you've lost on it, once finishing the program.

Honestly bit of a cliche, but the best weight loss I've found has been the raw food diet. I'd take two Tupperware containers to work, one filled with sliced fresh fruit and the other a fresh salad. And all I'd drink was Elder Flower tea with honey and no sugar, plus heaps of water. I lost over 15kg in a month and kept it off.

I did not use this program specifically, but I did use a similar one. I lost heaps and then gained it back and then some when I went off it. You don't learn how to maintain and the rapid weightloss leaves you with the loose hangy skin.
