What do you do with the kids when you work early or late shifts and have no family support? Early meaning leave for work at 6am and late meaning coming home at 8:30pm .

I’d say a Nanny is best if you can afford it

Before after school care. Hire private sitter. Nanny service. Or change work so its school hr only
