How do you move on?

How do you move on when your partner of 10 years decides he doesn’t want to be with you anymore ? I find myself reaching out to him. We have 2 kids together who he comes here to visit and I feel so shitty while his here and after he leaves I can’t stop him from coming because then our kids would miss out... does it get easier?

Yes it does get easier, but still could be a while before you are free of it, self care, self love and all that.
Maybe change things so he meets the kids elsewhere and not in your home. For a long time i allowed my ex to visit with the kids at our house, then one day i thought NOT ANYMORE! Your home is your sanctuary, dont let anyone in who ruins your day. Better for the kids too. Good luck.

Just remember it’s not worth being with someone who doesn’t want to be with you. Happiness is out there for you, stay strong.
