The first time, after a long time..... Advice please ladies!!

Answered 4 years ago

Ok so I have been single for 7 years after my husband left and I have not been with another man since. I have found someone that I believe to be a wonderful man and we have spent quite a bit of time getting to know each other. Now, the sexual chemistry is about to explode but I am scared and nervous and anxious about how I will "perform" how my body looks, basically everything but I really want this at the same time.
Question: Does anyone have some tips as to how I can ease into this? Its been so long

Don’t over think it. Just do what feels right and let it all come back to you naturally. Don’t worry about your looks, he is already into you and he wouldn’t be sleeping with you if he wasn’t attracted to you.

Remember he already finds you attractive so don’t worry about how you look. But make sure everything you wear including your undergarments makes you feel confident and sexy. 7 years, honey you deserve this! Do not overthink it. Go enjoy yourself...... you have earned it!

It's a bit like riding a bike, when you climb back on you'll remember what to do, it just comes naturally.

^^This is good advice i think, and remember if you are at the point where you’re having sex, he already thinks your gorgeous and perfect, he won't be comparing you to other woman, he will be loving you, so enjoy and try to let the body insecurities go, also if things arnt ‘perfect’ the first time, laugh about it and try again! He will probably be nervous too.
