My favourite response to "how often do you exercise" is "does this fat arse looks like it exercises?" 😂. Although my partner's best mates girlfriend loves to point out how much thinner than me she is. Shit like "Oh I bought a new shirt, you would love it except it really wouldn't suit your figure" and is just a general bitch. We went on a holiday together recently and ended up going on a hike through a mountain trail which had lots of slopes and stairs and everything and I was damn near running circles around her. We thought she was going to pass out at one point. So she may be skinnier, but I'm definitely fitter and that just made me a little too happy lol. Even hubby's mate was having a go at her "come on, you wanna go on at her all the time about her weight, she's doing a whole lot better than you." 😂

Maybe she's kidding herself about what unhealthy food is. Buy her a calorie counting book.
