Circumcised or not, they all have a different amount of skin to move or not to move. If the skin on the shaft won't move at all, just use spit or lube and rub the shaft up and down or if he likes the head rubbed, do that too. Some circumcised guys can take a lot of rubbing of the head so maybe try a twisty movement while going up and down. There's some good tutorial videos on line if you're game to look but every guy likes something different so just lube up and see what he likes.

I’ll be honest, I thought my boyfriend was circumcised for atleast the first 6 months or so. I was worried about the same things as you and even spoke to my friends about it. (I’ve never been with a circumcised guy before). While our relationship went on I seen it with a foreskin and questioned him about it as I’ve always seen it without a foreskin.
