Yes maybe because Lance Williams dad owned a petrol station and usually they have master keys for older model cars.
But what Lance did to me at Parmelia Hotel carpark - left a fifty cent right near my car door on the ground. My father ( an ex- Superintendant of Police) told me he would have broken my neck when I bent down, to pick it up.
Lucky my friend who was nearby foiled that. Lance's car was parked next to my car but he was hiding outside of car. Because he followed my car when I drove off, with my friend. I would say Lance's mate was hiding in the back of ute.

Either the suspect was waiting in the back of the car or she was wooed by them at the kebab shop - where her belongings were found under a table...
