Is it ok to tell people at work you are good when you’re asked how are you
In reality your life is shit and your kids are driving you nuts and life isn’t like you hoped it would be and you’re jealous of your childless work mates when they tell you about their weekend ( not everyone drinks )

Do you think people at work really care when they ask? Most people when they ask someone ‘how are you’ don’t even listen for the answer. If you don’t want people who you really dont care about, and who don’t really care about you, to know things aren’t great, it’s ok to say you’re fine when asked how you are.
