How to get advise quickly without it costing an arm and leg, Regarding property settlement and child arrangements

They want information asap and I have no idea what to do or how to go about it so that i get what im entitled to or not entitled to

My ex husband has literally all the financial power and had all financial control in the relationship- i left with basically the car and just a fridge and washing machine thats it. but the car is in his name and he wont sign it over and he knows full well that i cant afford to register it soon as hes left me with absolutely nothing and what i do get goes on bills and kids- no breathing room for anything else

Can someone offer some advice or point me in the right direction please
