Also called a nappy bag but make it age appropriate for your children.  My twins are now 15 months old, so some of these may not be relevant to you, but here are the things inside my nappy bag:

• Spare clothes
• Hat
• Socks
• Hand Sanitiser
• Nappies
• Disposable Nappy Bags
• Disposable Changing Mat
• Blanket (great to use to line a shopping trolley)
• Bibs
• Spoons
• A few toys/books
• I am not tech-savvy at all so I don’t have iPads for the kids but most of my girlfriends do and they can be a real life saver.
