  • 1 cup Milk if you don't have an all purpose cream, you can make your milk 1 1/2 cups
  • 1/2 cups All Purpose Cream
  • 2 tbsp All Purpose Flour
  • Parmesan grated
  • Salt And Pepper
  • Parsley flakes for garnish (optional)
